Active acne, flat acne marks and depressed acne scars need different approaches. Do not needle inflamed acne, infected skin or open wounds. Professional assessment is especially important for scarring and pigmentation concerns.

Treatment head + reservoir
The side-by-side design brings the treatment head together with a graduated reservoir that holds up to 3 ml. The assembly connects to the H6’s dedicated cartridge interface and works with the device’s serum-delivery controls.
Fill the reservoir with an appropriate formulation before the session, following your H6 instructions. Keep your H6 reservoir key ready for the lid and piston steps.
The reservoir is empty when supplied. Capacity and adjustable flow do not make every serum suitable for microneedling.

They have different contact shapes. Both are surface-skincare options with overlapping goals; there is no established H6-specific evidence that one shape removes pigmentation or scars better.
These are different concerns. Do not needle active, inflamed acne or infected skin. Flat marks are colour changes; pits are depressed scars. Have the concern assessed before choosing a procedure. No pin count is a universal acne or scar solution.
