Dr. Pen replacement cartridges
Keep the compatible cartridge you need on hand. Choose your tip and pack size, with every cartridge individually wrapped for a fresh, single-use replacement.

Start with the model
These replacements fit Dr. Pen M9 and M8 Max. Confirm the full model name on your pen before selecting a tip.
The shared chip-equipped cartridge family lets you order the same refill range for either compatible pen.
M8 Max is a distinct model. A matching brand name or pin count does not make M8/M7S, M8S/A11 or other cartridges interchangeable.

Compare the area and goal first. Numbered tips are microneedle configurations; Nano Round is the surface-skincare option. The uses below overlap and are selection references, not promises of a particular result.

Why consider itChoose the round nano-tip format when the goal is surface cosmetic care. It is different from the 18-, 36- and 42-needle layouts and does not replace a microneedling plan for indented scars.
Active, inflamed acne should not be needled. Flat red or brown marks are colour changes; healed, indented acne scars are texture changes. These require different assessment rather than one “acne tip.”
Choose Nano Round for surface cosmetic skincare goals such as hydration and glow. It does not replace a microneedling plan for indented scars, and a Nano label does not make every skin condition suitable.
Your order, clearly explained
Choose 18-pin, 36-pin, 42-pin or Nano Round, then select the number of individual cartridges.
Your selected quantity of genuine M9/M8 Max replacement cartridges, all in the same chosen type, each individually wrapped.
Example: 36pin / 50pcs = 50 individual 36-pin cartridges.
A microneedling pen, serum, stand, charger or other machine accessories. To order multiple tip types, add a separate selection for each type.
Cartridge images illustrate the product design. They do not show the complete contents or outer-carton arrangement of a 20-, 50- or 100-cartridge order.
Made for the compatible connection
The built-in chip communicates through the compatible pen’s electronic contacts. Correct alignment matters; never force or modify the connector.
The cartridge uses a three-point fixing structure and an anti-backflow design intended to reduce skincare product flowing back toward the pen. These features do not replace a fresh cartridge or pen hygiene.

A fresh cartridge for each use
Switch the pen off. Check the correct type, intact dry wrapper and any printed expiry information. Open a new cartridge only when ready; do not touch the working tip.
Match the cartridge and pen marks, insert carefully and turn to secure as shown in your model instructions. Remove the protective cap before use and confirm recognition. Stop if the fit or recognition is wrong.
Switch off before removal and release as directed in the manual. Dispose of the used needle cartridge in an appropriate sharps container, following local rules. Never reuse or share it.
Genuine Dr. Pen consumables
